CB6 Looks Back on 2008 197-a Plan
CB6’s Community Planning Fellow, Kieran Micka-Maloy completed a review of CB6’s 197-a Plan that was adopted by the City Council in 2008. A 197-a plan lays out recommendations that are meant to guide the development of a district. A lot has changed in Manhattan Community District 6 since then, so it is good to look back at the plan for our community to see what has been accomplished and what work is still left to be done.
