Meetings: The Council will meet on the 1st Tuesday of the month for the rest of 2015 – September 1, October 6 and November 3, at 6:30 PM, at 230 East 21st Street, between 2nd and 3rd Avenues. There will be no meeting in December. Usually, the Precinct Community Council meets on the third Tuesday of every month at 6:30 pm at the 13th Precinct station house.
